Meanwhile, planning permission is being sought for a ВЈ6m development of 56 affordable houses near Flint, which again will be built by Linford.
The firm's restotation arm is also about to start the next phase of the restoration of Grade I-listed Stowe House, the famous public school in Buckingham. The phase, worth ВЈ3.7m, will be repairing the South faГ§ade of the Eastern Elevation of the Building, and replacing the library roof.
