Accrington: Housing framework

Value: ВЈ50m-ВЈ60m Elevate East Anglia is advertising a four year housing refurbishment framework. The organisation is looking for up to 20 contractors to undertake external works, general refurbishment and environmental improvements. THe work is split into four value bands and the council may choose a single contractor for each band. Deadline: 23 October

Bromley: Highway maintenance

Value ВЈ18.6m-ВЈ43.4m Bromley council is advertising its major and monor highway improvement works. The major works, worth up to ВЈ21m, involves planned structural maintenance where roads and paths are resurfaced or reconstructed, while the minor works involve reactive maintenance including pothole repair. Walsall: Repair and maintenance

Value: ВЈ19m Beechdale Community Housing Association is looking for a contractor to perform responsive maintenance over a ten year period. The work could take place on any of the housing association's properties in Walsall and will involve responsive repairs, void repairs, planned works, cyclical decorating works and grounds maintenance. Deadline: 30 October

Bootle: Refurbishment

Value: ВЈ12-ВЈ14m Seftom Metropolitan Borough Council intends to refurbish the existing Southport Arts Centre, adjoining Atkinson Art Gallery and Southport Central Library to create Southport Cultural Centre. The works consists of internal reconfiguration of the 140 year old buildings to improve accessibility and linkage as well as perform general improvements. Deadline: 12 October

Oldbury: Demolition

Value: ВЈ2m-ВЈ14m Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is looking to establish a framework of three contractors for a three year framework. The work will be in Sandwell and some surrounding boroughs. It will include demolition, post demolition finishing, remediation and clearance. Deadline: 5 October
