This week's top five construction tenders include two repair and maintenance packages, one worth ВЈ184m in Walton-on-Thames and another worth ВЈ84m in Islington, and a regeneration scheme on Blackpool's seafront. Walton-on-Thames: repair and maintenance

Value: ВЈ184m Paragon Community Housing Group is advertising for the management of its housing stock, amounting to 10,718 units. The contract will initially be for five years, with an option to extend for a further five. London: repair and maintenance

Value: ВЈ54m-ВЈ81m Homes for Islington is advertising for contractors to undertake repair work on its 22,000 properties in north London. The work is split into two lots and includes responsive repairs, void works and a range of adaptations to the occupied properties. Lot one is worth between ВЈ48m and ВЈ72m and includes the responsive repairs, while lot two covers the adaptations, worth between ВЈ6m and ВЈ9m. Deadline: 8 October

Northern Ireland: housing

Value: ВЈ20m The Northern Ireland Housing Executive is looking to establish a four year framework for the management of 95,000 properties. It intends to appoint up to five contractors to take on adaptation work on properties spread over five areas. Deadline: 30 September

Blackpool: seafront regeneration

Value: ВЈ5m-ВЈ20m Blackpool Council is looking for a contractor to regenerate its seafront. The work includes improvement work to the Tower Festival Headland and coastal protection work to the north of the North Pier. A contractor is expected to be appointed and on site by December. Deadline: 5 October

Belfast: housing

Value: ВЈ16m Clanmil Housing Association is advertising for a contractor to build a mixed use development at the former InBev Brewery in Belfast. The development will comprise 120 houses, 46 apartments and office and retail space. The contract is expected to last two and a half years. Deadline: 1 October
