Lovell homes in on Wellingborough

Lovell has won ВЈ20m worth of housing upgrade work in Northamptonshire.

Under the contract, Lovell will carry out both internal and external improvements to 3,000 homes for the Wellingborough Homes housing association in Wellingborough.

The four-year programme includes kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors, plus roofing work.

Lovell will undertake a pilot programme focusing on 35 properties at the end of March, with the main works set to begin in June.
