Morgan Est wins new Edinburgh Airport contract

Morgan Est continues work at Edinburgh Airport with a new contract to rehabilitate part of the taxiway.

The all night reconstruction work, which begins 18 March,  involves the removal and replacement of 3,600m2 of concrete. This will be carried out in two phases.

This contract win is a continuation of a portfolio of work carried out by Morgan Est, on behalf of customer BAA, over the last 18 months to improve the airport’s runway and stands.

BAA Edinburgh has recently completed a ВЈ16 million project to resurface the main runway at Edinburgh Airport, renewing the life of the runway for a further 15 years.

Work on the main taxiway is expected to be completed in September.
